What data we process and why

Contact form and email

When you send us a message via the form or by email, we process your name, email address, address (if you provide it) and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, where applicable, complete your order.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Orders and invoicing

When handling an order, we process the data needed for production, delivery and invoicing (name, company, address, contact and billing details). The legal basis is the performance of a contract and compliance with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.

How long we keep data

• We keep form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 3 years after the last contact.
• We keep accounting and tax documents for the period required by law (usually 10 years).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for their own purposes. Only our processors have access to it, and only to the extent necessary:

• our web hosting and email provider, on whose servers the website and email run,
• the carriers PPL and DHL when we ship goods to you (name, address, phone),
• our accountant and tax adviser.

We do not transfer data outside the European Union.

Cookies and map

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies that make it work and allow the contact form to be sent securely. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie consent is required.

The About us section contains an embedded OpenStreetMap map. When it is displayed, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap servers and passes on technical data, in particular your IP address. Fonts, photos and video are loaded from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• request access to your data and a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased if it is no longer needed or there is no legal basis for processing,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
