About us
About us and our equipment
PPlaser started in 2009 with the purchase of its first laser, technical engraving and label production. Today we run 9 lasers for engraving and cutting a wide range of materials, including a laser with a 3D head that can also mark curved surfaces. We can also engrave directly at your site with our mobile laser.
On two CNC milling machines we machine aluminium and plastics. Our main speciality, however, is anodised-aluminium printing, for which we have developed our own printing technology. This is how we make instrument control panels, technical labels and even dog tags.
Production is complemented by many other machines: an acrylic bending machine, an annealing furnace, a panel saw, a tapping machine, a sandblasting cabinet, a press for fastening inserts and stud welding.
We have 10 employees and handle around 2,500 orders a year for customers in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Education
Students and support for technical education
As capacity allows, we take students for school internships and year projects, and we cooperate with SPŠSE Liberec and Škola Kateřinky. Our sponsorship focuses mainly on technical education for young people: Technical Museum Liberec, czech4tech.cz, ZŠ Litoměřice and VEX competitions.

Our mobile laser comes to you
We have developed our own mobile marking laser that we can easily bring to your premises. Within a short time it becomes a fully equipped workstation for marking inventory, tools, workpieces and cutting tools.
The laser head can be positioned freely, so we can mark moulds directly on the pallet or in the moulding shop. Production downtime is cut to a few dozen minutes.

- Marking depth 0.05 to 0.5 mm
